I have a Fresno MLS lockbox key, so you do not have to meet me at the property. (You are welcome to, however.)
I deliver all pictures to you within 24 hours after the shoot has been completed.
All pictures will be delivered to you in MLS standard sizes.
High resolution pics will be delivered at no extra charge upon request.

Pricing
$100 for up to 20 pictures.
$125 for more than 20 pictures.
$150 for more than 40 pictures, up to 60.
$75 additional charge for twilight shots.
No mileage charge for cities of Fresno or Clovis. $1/mile driven for all others.
$25 rush fee: Shoot will be booked within 24 hours and pictures will be emailed 6 hours after photo shoot is complete. (per availability)
